How much does Spiderseek cost? +
Spiderseek will only be $1 USD per month during our beta period. Don't worry we will
give plenty of heads up before moving to new pricing in our version 1.0 launch.
Where can I find my invoices? +
To see your invoices, go to 'Settings' and click on the billing tab. Here you'll be able
to see all your invoices and download a pdf copy for your records.
What are your accepted payment methods? +
We currently accept all major credit and debit card brands.
I'm having trouble paying, who should I contact? +
Please contact sales@spiderseek.com. We use Stripe as our payment processor so we can
refer any payment issues to the stripe team.
How do I cancel my paid subscription? +
To cancel your subscription and account, go to settings then click on 'close account'.
This will remove your account and immediately stop your future invoices. No need to talk
to humans or send annoying emails.
What happens if I hit usage limits? +
We have very loose usage limits during our beta but if you happen to see a message
telling you of usage limits, please contact sales@spiderseek.com so we can put you on a
custom plan with increased limits.
